You can cancel without a cancellation fee up to 17:00 two days before the rental.
For cancellations after that, we will accept the full rental fee as a cancellation fee, except for weather-related reasons.
Also, for individual customers who have reserved 10 or more bicycles,
and for corporate customers who have reserved 5 or more bicycles, we will accept a 30% cancellation fee from 10 days before.
If you have paid online and it is within the deadline,
you can cancel by following the procedure on the reservation confirmation/change page.
If you choose cash payment on the day,
or when you are performing the cancellation procedure,
the screen will display "Error: Cannot cancel the reservation."
In such cases, please contact us at bicycle@oportable.jp with the reservation ID.
If you cancel within the cancellation fee-free period,
the amount paid by online card can be cancelled even after the payment procedure is completed.
Refund processing may take several days to several weeks depending on the payment method.
If a cancellation fee is charged,
we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee.
If we determine that it is unsafe to use due to bad weather (typhoon, heavy rain, storm, etc.),
we will waive the cancellation fee upon contact from the customer.
